General Info / Requirements :
- HYSA Affinity Account (create an account and upload all training certificates)
- SafeSport Training ( email: [email protected] for access code / upload certificate to affinity)
- HCAMP Concussion Training (complete training then upload certificate to Affinity account)
HYSA Electronic Player Cards or Game Card (Download Affinity Sport App in App Store or Google Play )
